Adriatic Concierge has designed journeys along this coast since 2008. Founded and led by Iris Domazet Malobabić, following twenty years in luxury hospitality, the company treats the Adriatic as one destination, from Croatia through Montenegro to Serbia and Slovenia. It operates from three offices: Dubrovnik, Podgorica and Belgrade. Montenegro is managed locally through its own company, registered in Podgorica in 2017 and directed by Ognjen Sekulović.
The service operates around the clock, with private concierges and regional managers on call; handpicked villas under in-house property management; charters from traditional gulets and sailing boats to motor yachts; Mercedes sedans, limousines and minibuses for road transfers; private jets and helicopters; and itineraries written from scratch. The company is part of Serandipians by Traveller Made, ASTA and UHPA.
Arrivals that begin before landing. A yacht held at Porto Montenegro, a car waiting in Tivat or Podgorica, a villa opened and stocked that morning, all coordinated by one manager in a single conversation. The logistics are intended to be invisible by the time the guest arrives.
Journeys that continue beyond a border. Kotor in the morning, the Croatian islands the next day, Belgrade or Ljubljana by the end of the week, all booked through one office rather than three. In Montenegro, the office is in Podgorica, positioned to adjust a plan across the coast, lake and mountains the same day.
