Ten tonnes of grapes in 2018 became around 80 tonnes a year, a decade measured in vines, bottles and family labour. Kekovic Co was formally founded that year by Radovan and Natalija Keković with their sons, Miodrag and Dejan, after more than 40 years of viticulture. The current estate works across 9.5 hectares, with vineyards on several sites, including Kopilje at 630 metres.
Seven registered labels now account for around 40,000 litres of wine a year, drawn from Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Kratošija, Merlot, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Vranac and Žižak. Radovan, a blend of Vranac and Cabernet Sauvignon, takes its name from the family father. A glass-walled tasting room faces the vines, while visits range from 90-minute tours to a 120-minute fine dining pairing of six wines.
