Red and low against the quay, the semi-submarine boat gives Park Slobode a distinct maritime marker. Montenegro Submarine was founded in 2015 and operates from this central Kotor base, two minutes from the old town entrance. The company owns and maintains its entire fleet rather than renting vessels from third parties, a practical commitment behind an outwardly playful name.
The programme moves between short viewing trips and faster passages across the bay. Kotor Panorama and Underwater Experience lasts one hour, while routes also take in the Blue Cave, Perast and its island church of Our Lady of the Rocks. Speedboats accommodate 8, 10, 14 or 20 passengers and sail with licensed skippers. The company also lists private boat transfers and team building, and is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.
