690 hectares and seven kilometres of coastline set the scale for a town on the Luštica peninsula written in chapters since Luštica Development was founded in 2008. A subsidiary of Swiss Orascom Development Holding, the company was formed with the Government of Montenegro in a 90 to 10 joint venture. Marina Village, Centrale, Horizon and The Peaks mark distinct parts of the continuing plan.
Marina Village centres on a waterfront marina and The Chedi Luštica Bay, a five star hotel beside the Marina Promenade. Centrale includes Hotel Centrale by Angsana, while rentals range across Marina Village apartments, townhouses and villas, Centrale apartments and hotel condos. The marina has 115 berths for yachts up to 45 metres, two breakwaters and 28 additional berths planned. The golf course remains described by the town as future.
