A former naval arsenal remade as a year-round marina village.

The Naval Heritage Museum preserves the former Yugoslav naval base and shipyard Arsenal, the ground from which this waterfront district developed. From the promenade, Porto Montenegro is lived as a town rather than viewed from a deck, with Marina Village bringing together Al Posto Giusto, AURA, Babi Gourmet & Bar, Bokka Modern and Crush Wine Station alongside shops, residences and the quay.

Regent Porto Montenegro and SIRO Boka Place, which opened on 14 January 2025, anchor the hotel offer, while Vero and Versa introduced 202 residences in 2025 alongside Boka Place and South Village. AURA Beach opened in August 2025, and a year-round calendar includes the J70 regatta and Adriatic Film & TV Awards. Beyond the village, the marina has over 500 berths for yachts up to 250 metres.
