More than 300 years old, a single olive tree stands in the Moric grove at Tići. The family has cared for the same grove for over two centuries, across eight generations. Their work has shaped a grove of around a thousand trees on the Luštica peninsula. A house and konoba, both over 300 years old, remain part of an estate where cultivation and stone have endured together.
Visits are led by Dr Ilija Moric, a professor of tourism at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management in Kotor, and arranged in advance throughout the year. They begin with pies, honey and carob rakija, then move between the modern mill and the historic stone mill, followed by a sensory oil tasting and traditional dishes in the konoba. Oil and organic cosmetics are available in the estate shop.
