Smekja, Jadran, Grado and Teodo: four historic Perast buildings brought together as one hotel. Their reassembly followed a two year restoration, completed with the opening in April 2023. The result places 130 rooms in eight categories within a waterfront setting of stone palaces. The hotel has been operated by Rixos, part of Accor, since opening.
The day runs between Riva, Panoramic and Piazza, three dining terraces facing the sea beside the outdoor pool. A private beach dock and a beach club open the hotel to the bay, and Cataleya Spa gathers a hammam, a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath and an indoor pool under one roof. The Royal Duplex Suite takes 72 square metres over two floors, with its own living room and balcony.
Piazza Square is an outdoor 31 x 15 metre setting for weddings of up to 150 guests, with a small church for ceremonies. Panoramic Terrace accommodates up to 60 guests across 24 x 5.35 metres, overlooking the sea. The restaurant is available for wedding receptions.
Private Dining sets a smaller table in an intimate room with the bay in view. Wellness stays have their own calendar, from a Qigong retreat to spa weekends built around Cataleya Spa.
